Rachel Wong, RD. – Registered Dietitian
Rachel completed her undergraduate degree in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Western Ontario, and has a Master degree of Public Health in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Toronto. Her internship and job experiences include working with children, adults, and seniors in the fields of public health and primary health care.
Rachel’s goal is to motivate and empower her clients to feel confident in their food choices. Whether you want to help manage a health condition through food, or just want to learn some practical strategies to eat well, Rachel will work closely with you to achieve your food and nutrition goals.
